How long do certifications last?

BLS, CPR, AED: 2 years
First Aid: 2 years
Bloodborne Pathogens: 1 year

My job requires me to have an American Heart Association CPR Certification to work. Is this something that you offer?

Yes, all of our classes are taught by an American Heart Association-trained instructor.

How long are these completions good for?

Your ACLS/PALS/BLS/CPR AHA cards are good for 2 years from time of issuance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Money Order, PayPal, and Credit Card. We do no accept personal checks.

Can you teach in our office, clinic or other settings?

Yes, we would be happy to come to your location to teach any course offered. Please call for more information.

Where are your classes held?

All public classes use online video content (which can be watched from anywhere) and an in-person hand-on skills verification, which must be conducted in person. 

What is your refund policy?

If you have registered and paid for classes and need to cancel more than 14 days in advance, you will be refunded 100% minus any books purchased. If you cancel 7-13 days prior to class, you will be refunded 75% minus any books purchased. If you cancel 3-6 days prior to class, you will be refunded 50% minus any books purchased. If you cancel 1-2 days prior to class, you will be refunded 25% minus any books purchased. If you cancel the day of the class, or do not show up for class, you will forfeit your payment. You may reschedule once if contacted at least 5 days prior to course date.

Do I have to buy a manikin for the class?

No, students will receive instructions on what they can use if they don’t have access to a manikin.

What type of certifications will I receive?

Students will receive a nationally approved certification from American Heart Association following the completion of class. 

All of our classes include a hands-on skills evaluation.

Both resuscitation programs are OSHA-approved (hands-on training) meet the standards of The Joint Commission, are accepted as equivalent to the AHA.

Do I have to buy a textbook for the class?

No, students will receive digital course materials when they register for a class.

When will I receive my CPR card?

Cards may be issued on the same day of of the course if it was booked in advance, otherwise, it may be issued 24-48 hours after successful completion of the course.

Do you offer Online Courses?

Yes, we are able to offer the skills check off for the online courses offered through the American Heart Association’s Website.

Can you come to our location?

Absolutely! We offer onsite training for 4 or more. Contact us today for more information. A travel fee may apply for travel outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth
